1. How can I pay?

The payment will be cash or can be processed via a standard bank transfer. The customer
will automatically receive an email including all necessary information to let the bank
transfer take place correctly.

2. What are the payment terms?

Advance payment 20% should be made upon order confirmation and remaining payment should be made before collection of goods.

3. Can I pay by cheque?

No, the accepted methods of payment is cash.

4. I have received my order but I have noticed there are some items missing/damaged, what can I do?

If after inspecting the delivered goods you are missing some items or some of the delivered
items are damaged you will inform Weselldeadlots.com team by writing or email no later than 5 days after receiving the goods.

5. Can I change or cancel an order?

If advance payment is done order cannot be reversed.

6. Will VAT be applicable?

VAT is applicable because as per UAE laws VAT is compulsory on purchase and sales.

7. I would like to use my own courier.

We will appreciate if you want to use your own courier.

8. Is it possible to see stock before placing an order?

We can show samples of stock and if stock is available with us we can show you whole stock.
On the other hand if the stock is not with us we can show samples of stock and after advance payment we can show stock in our place.

9. I cannot complete my purchase.
